At ETI, it has always been our endeavor to align our products and services with what is expected by the industry given the business challenges. We are always on the lookout for Industry Champions to guide us, provide valuable inputs, endorse the curriculum, and support in developing innovative learning and pedagogic methods. As one of the leading organization providing services to the industry to address the shortage of software testing talent, and addressing the software competency management challenges being a member of Academic & Business Advisory Board provides you with a stellar opportunity to continue to shape the testing education in India and worldwide. A person with experience and insight would be the perfect person to help ETI determine whether ETI should break new ground or whether there's still value to be gleaned from traditional territory. The main purpose of the Academic & Business Advisory Board is to provide management advice about the direction the initiative should follow. Specific goals for this year include developing a industry wide accepted software testing curriculum for entry level hires, achieving a scale to create 20,000 testers a year, innovative approaches in using satellite based delivery mechanisms to reach-out to more than 1500 engineering colleges, and ensuring that the students who are sourced, screened and trained at ETI find a placement in the industry.
