IMPLEMENTATION ROADMAP Client Organization Mapping As part of this step, we define the scope and scale of the assessment required, identify the roles for whom the assessment is conducted, define competencies required for the current role, assign expected cognitive levels for the roles, and define the required performance criteria for the assessment. At the end of this step, the organizational competency model for Testing is established and an individual competency map with clear performance and knowledge criteria for the role is also identified. Assessment Configuration Based on the role definitions and performance criteria in the previous step, we specify the required evaluation criteria, link question banks with the specifications provided, specify the difficulty levels, assign weightage for the creation on an online assessment. Upon successful sign off on the sample assessment, we proceed to create users, logins, passwords, and the required communication on the guidelines and schedules of the examination to the workforce under scope of the assessment. During this stage, we also work closely with the client to conduct the assessment, and provide real-time support in fixing any issues. Skill Reporting & Analytics Based on the assessments, we create an online Individual Assessment Report for the individual, and also a personalized learning plan for planning learning and development activities for career improvement. All the individual reports are also consolidated and presented to the organization's sponsors for their decision making purposes. Depending on the need, we also provide support to organizations in deciding the workgroup learning plan, role wise learning & development plans; and learning investment plans for the entire organization. Based on demand, we can also provide custom consulting and analytics services for the clients with large volumes and enterprise-wide requirements in workforce development. Learning Plan & Improvement Based on the analytics, and decisions made by the organization, we can also prepare custom learning plans and programs for skill and competency development for client organizations. This step involves in the design of the program, customization of the curriculum and packaging the content for delivery. In addition, if required, we can also provide the needed delivery of the learning and certification programs for the clients. A dedicated ETI consultant will evaluate your assessment requirements and recommend the best course of action.
