Clyneice Chaney brings over 25 years of testing, quality assurance and process improvement experience.  Focusing on process improvement and procedure development in the software testing and quality assurance areas, Clyneice has successfully lead process improvement, methodology development, and reengineering projects for organizations wishing to improve their software development, testing processes, and tool implementation. She has managed large scale and small testing teams in a variety of sectors: finance, insurance, government (federal and state), banking, communications, and commercial software development. Clyneice presented technical papers at the Software Engineering Institute: SEPG Conference, American Society for Quality: Quality Manager’s conference, Quality Assurance Institute International Testing Conference, International Conference on Software Process Improvement and Software Test and Performance Testing Conferences
She has served as a Judge for American Society for Quality (ASQ) International Team Excellence Award. Selected for the visioning team for the ASQ World Conference on Software Quality 2008; Participates as a Board of Examiner for the Senate Productivity and Quality Award (SPQA) for Virginia.

CPE CREDITS

If you are a
CAST/CSTE/CMST certified professional, recertification is required every three years to keep your certificate active. This requires earning of 120 CPE credits every three years, or an average of 40 CPE credits per year. You can earn 10 CPE by attending any program of Edista Testing Institute. You can report your CPE credits using the online Customer Service Portal Recertification Journal.

  • All cancellations must be made in writing - either by mail, e-mail, or fax.
  • All payments must be received by ETI prior to the start of the workshop/seminar.
  • If cancelled 5 calendar days, or later, prior to the start date or for no-shows - NO REFUND
  • If cancelled 6-30 calendar days prior to the start date - 50 % of the workshop/seminar fee will be non-refundable.
  • If cancelled prior to 30 calendar days to the start date - A full refund will be issued.
  • You are welcome to substitute if you cannot attend, but please notify in advance.
  • You may reschedule with at least four weeks notice prior to the workshop/seminar for which you are currently registered.
